French Toast BLT with Fried Eggs

Brown  Sugar  Simple  Syrup:

1 ¼ Cup Dark Brown Sugar

¾ Cup Granulated Sugar

4 Springs of Mint

½ Teaspoon Paprika (Cayenne if you are Nasty)

1 Tablespoon Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt

 

French Toast  Energy:

3 pieces sliced bread - Potato, Brioche, or Milk (btw, let it sit out for a bit to get a lil dry)

2 - 3 Eggs - (a lot - I know but just trust me)

2 teaspoons Cinnamon 

1 teaspoon Nutmeg 

2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar

2 stick Brown Butter ( Don't worry grab 2 sticks of butter we are going to make it)

 

Whipped  Cream:

1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream

1 - 1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar

1 tablespoon Vanilla

1 tablespoon Salt

1 ½ teaspoon Brown Butter

 

Mayo:

2 Egg Yolks

16 ounce of a Neutral Oil - I used Grapeseed. Definitely not Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard

1 ounce White Vinegar•Salt and Pepper to taste

 

All Other Ingredients:

2 Eggs

Bacon (as many pieces as you like)

Tomatoes 

Lettuce (Butter  or something leafy and luxurious)

Hot Sauce

Powdered Sugar

Knife

Saute pan

Sauce Pot

Mixing Bowl (2)

Whisk

Spatula 

Measuring Cups

Measuring Spoons
