Tinned Fish Musubi

One of my favorite go-to tinned fish snacks!

Ingredients

*your favorite tinned fish

*short grain sushi rice

*nori sheets

*musubi press/mold

*assorted pickles

*cream cheese

*kewpie mayo

*yogurt

*in-season veggies, cooked and ready to go

*sliced green onions and herbs, like dill, cilantro and/or shiso

*furikake

*The sky’s the limit! Get creative!

Preparation

Cook your sushi rice.

Toast and trim your nori sheets.

Place your rice onto your trimmed and toasted nori sheet and press gently into the musubi maker.

Add your favorite toppings.

Roll.

Seal.

Enjoy!
