Smoked Mussel Dip
Yield: 1 Pint
Ingredients
8 oz silken tofu, drained
1 can Smoked Mussles en Escabeche, reserve the spiced oil at the bottom of the tin
1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Tahini
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 tsb Salt
Sliced green onions
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Garnish the dip with sliced green onions and the reserved spices at the bottom of the tin.
