Smoked Clam Dip
This is going to be your go-to party snack. Super easy and versatile!
Ingredients
1/2 cups cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cups sour cream
1 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsps worcestershire sauce
1 tbsps hot sauce or chili oil
1 pinch salt
1 cans Tiny Fish Co. smoked geoduck, drained, chopped
1 cans canned clams, about 6 oz, drained, chopped
1/2 cups green onions, sliced thin
Preparation
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and half the green onions in a food processor and pulse until thick and combined.
Fold in the chopped and drained clams, season with a pinch of salt and then transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish the smoked clam dip with the remaining sliced green onions.
