Let’s make a simple mango sticky rice together!
All you need is 1 cup of sticky rice or jasmine rice, 1 can of coconut milk or coconut cream, 2-3 tablespoons of cane sugar, purified water, pinch of salt and 2 fresh manilla or champagne mangos! You can make your rice over the stovetop but my hack to save time is utilizing the rice cooker!
Disclaimer: the methods I use is not traditional by any means. It’s meant to be fast for a midday snack!
