Switzerland is a country on almost everyone’s bucket list. I love its chocolate, cheese, hearty food and crisp white wines, farmhouse stalls and outdoor food markets. Yet it can be hard to discover without a little insider knowledge. I’m blessed to have explored it as few outsiders can, through my Swiss husband, Franz, and cooking and eating with our Swiss family and friends. I’ll give you a taste of Switzerland unlike any other, including recipes from Franz’s grandmother.
