The secret to the perfectly roasted pepper đź«‘

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place them on an oiled cookie tray and coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper and throw them in the oven at 400° until the peppers start to blister. Remove the peppers from the oven and place in a bowl and cover with tinfoil or saran wrap, and let the steam. The steam will help the peppers separate the skin from the flesh. They will be incredibly easy to peel.
