Raw Fermented Coconut Yogurt
So delicious and good for gut health!
Ingredients
1 cup coconut meat (from young Thai coconut)
1/2 cup coconut water (from young Thai coconut)
1 teaspoon vegan probiotic (to start fermentation)
Pinch sea salt
Preparation
In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Let culture for 24 hours.
Once cultured you and and dates, maple syrup, vanilla extract and any of your favorite toppings.
