Pink Peppercorn Hibiscus Hearts

Ingredients
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons almond milk (or choice of plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon Hibiscus powder
1 tablespoon date paste or coconut nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pink peppercorns
Preparation
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add all wet ingredients
Let dough sit for ten minutes
Place dough on a parchment paper sheet and press into a square shape, 1/2 inch thick and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to form each heart.
Use your favorite chocolate sauce and drizzle liberally over each heart.
Sprinkle fresh ground pink peppercorns on top of all the hearts.
Place hearts in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes, serve and enjoy!
Store in container and keep refrigerated.
