Nut Burgers

These raw vegan nut burgers are just delicious and vegans and non vegans will truly enjoy them!

Ingredients

2/3 cups walnuts, soaked overnight

2/3 cups sunflower seeds, soaked overnight

2/3 cups pecans, soaked overnight

1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1 tables chopped onion

1/2 tablespoon fresh dill

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Flax ‘Egg’

3 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon ground flax

Preparation

Drain and rinse nuts and seeds.

Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until you have a ground, crumb like texture that sticks together. Place in a large bowl and add flax ‘egg’ mix to combine.

Use a half cup measure to make the nut burger patties and press out into a patty form on paraflex dehydrator sheet.

Place in dehydrator at 115 degrees for 4 hours or more until the patties look dehydrated but still soft when you press on them.

Dress as you like with all the favorite burger trimmings on a bread or lettuce bun.

Enjoy!

Nut Burgers

It's that time of year when I lean into a high raw vegan diet.

All meals are considered ‘raw’ because they won't be cooked over 118 degrees so important enzymes remain intact.

Join me as I share different ways to consume a high raw diet.

These Nut Burgers won't disappoint!
