Plant'ish Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
1 cups Sun Dried Tomatoes, Reconstituted, chopped
1/8 cups Prepared Horseradish
1/2 cups Red Onions, Chopped
1 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsps Lemon Juice
1 1⁄2 tsps Chili Pepper Flakes
1 1⁄2 tsps Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsps Sea Salt
Preparation
Using a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients at medium speed to combine but leave a bit chunky.
Taste to adjust lemon juice and or salt and serve.
Store in glass container in the refrigerator.
