Chia Pudding
1 cup almond milk or other plant based milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Strawberry Coulis
2 cup fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon evaporated cane sugar
pinch of salt
Chocolate Sauce

Preparation
Chia Pudding
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 2 hours.
Strawberry Coulis
Blend all ingredients together.
Chocolate Sauce
Use your favorite sauce.
Once the chia pudding is set, layer the chocolate sauce, chia pudding, chocolate sauce, and strawberry coulis in a parfait glass and garnish with sliced strawberries.
