Creamy Tomato Basil Bisque

Ingredients
8 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
2 cups water
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
Pour in serving bowl and garnish with basil and other herbs and avocado (optional)
