1/2 cups Beans, of your choice, soaked overnight and draines

4 cups Vegetable Broth

8 cups Filtered Water

1/2 small Cabbage, Chopped

1 large Carrot, Peeled and julienned

2 medium Beets, Peeled and julienned

1/2 large Lemon, Juiced

1 medium Sweet Potato, Diced into medium cubes

3 medium Bay Leaves

1/2 large Onion, Diced Large

1 tsps Grapeseed Oil

1 12 tsps Tomato Paste

3 clove Garlic, Pressed

1 large Red Bell Pepper, Julienned

1 cups Sauerkraut, (optional)

1/4 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk, (optional)

1 dash Salt, (as needed)

1 dash Black Pepper, (as needed)

1 cups Cilantro, Chopped

1/2 cups Dill, Chopped

1 juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 medium sweet potato, diced into medium cubes 

3 bay leaves 

½ large onion, diced large

 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil

1 to 2 teaspoons tomato paste

3 cloves garlic, pressed

1 large red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup sauerkraut (optional)

¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk (optional)

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 cup cilantro, chopped 

½ cup dill, chopped
