3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Rich, dense, and delicious peanut butter cookies have never been easier. All you need is 3 ingredients to tackle this foolproof (and naturally gluten-free!) recipe. Customize with whatever mix-ins you desire, and get baking!
Ingredients
1 cups Peanut Butter
1 cups Light Brown Sugar
1 large Egg
1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract, Optional
2/3 cups Chocolate Chips, Optional
1 tsps Flaky Sea Salt, Optional
Preparation
Prepare Ingredients: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, stir together peanut butter and sugar. Once combined, add in egg and whisk to fully combine. If using additional ingredients, add all and stir to combine (except Sea Salt).
Rest Cookie Dough: Cover bowl and transfer to refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Prepare Cookies: Remove chilled dough and scoop into 1-Tablespoon sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheet. Roll and flatten gently with your fingers or the tines of a fork.
Bake Cookies: Bake for 12-14 minutes until puffed up and just golden on the bottom. Immediately sprinkle with reserved Sea Salt (if using), and enjoy!
