If you tuned into my cookbook tour stream you would have heard the absolutely unhinged recipe for Salvador Dali’s avocado toast. If you didn’t see the stream, spoiler alert: it includes lamb’s brains, tequila and a whole lot of almonds. We’re gonna try it out and see if it’s as insane as it sounds.
