Microwave Sponge Cake
This easy peasy microwave sponge cake does require some special equipment (a whipped cream canister or iSi charger) but its a super cool and neat way to get a cake fix fast!
Ingredients
220g Egg Whites
120g Sugar
1/2t Salt
80g Sugar
200g AP
200g Milk of Any Kind
Preparation
Throw all of your ingredients into a blender. Seriously. It’s that easy.
Transfer your batter into your whipped cream charger. Charge two or three times until light and fluffy.
Shoot your batter into a microwave safe container.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
