Brown Butter Banana Bread
This is actually my mom’s recipe and it is truly excellent. Super simple, incredibly satisfying this banana bread is made excellent by a secret technique you’ll have to watch to find out!
Feel free to swap out the vanilla for 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom and the zest of 1 orange for a slightly less traditional take!

Ingredients
2 large Eggs
4 ounce Butter, Browned
2 cups AP Flour
1 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsps Baking Soda
1/2 tsps Salt
1 tsps Vanilla
4 large Ripe Bananas
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 250.
Brown your butter.
Mash your bananas, add in your brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Sift together your dry ingredients.
Fold your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients.
Prepare a loaf pan by buttering and flouring it.
Pour your batter in.
Bake for 1 hour or more! Until a toothpick comes out clean.
