Start in this order;)

Boil water

Prepare beans

Cut tomotas in small cubes, concasse

Cook beans

Prepare fish, peel scampis and clean

Heat pan, olive oil

Beans are ready

Butter, tomato, garlic and onions into the pott beans were cooking in

Put the espanada into the pan

Get a beer and open it

Once espanada has nice colour add garlic, Rosmarin and onions

Turn the fish

Take a zip of the beer..or two

Add the scampi and two spoons of butter

Once scampis are tasty red ♥️

Assemble beans and confit, fish on top and decorate with scampis..
