Beef Chow Fun

This iconic Chinese noodle dish is one of the dishes that I crave more than anything else. At its core, even though it takes some finesse and technique, it really is a simple dish. There aren’t that many ingredients, but how you prepare them makes all the difference.

Like so many stir-fry dishes and wok cooking in general, making sure you prep all your ingredients before hand really sets you up for success.

I was very intimidated making this dish for the first time because the methods and techniques felt so foreign to me – after all, I’m an Italian-Canadian trying to cook a classic Chinese dish here! But let me tell you, having it turn out right was so rewarding and delicious!

With just a bit prep and some practice, you can make this dish on a weeknight, take that first bite and think to yourself “Dam, did I just make that?!”
