Rigatoni alla Buttera

Ingredients
1 box rigatoni pasta
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. Sweet Italian sausage
1/2 cup cooked peas
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1cup milled canned tomatoes
1cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Take the sausage meat out of the casing
Cook the meat separately until the sausage is fully done and crumbled
Then in a frying pan place the olive oil and all the ingredients except the cheese
and cook over a low heat until the sauce has a nice dark and thick color.
While the sauce is cooking prepare the pasta. In a large pot of salted boiling
water add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the
sauce and cook for one minute making sure that it is mixed well. Add the cheese
and butter and let cook until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.
