Ingredients
200 grams room temp butter
78 grams Sugar
80 grams eggs
1 tsps Vanilla extract
1 small salt, pinch
1 tsps Raspberry Jam
1 tsps apricot Jam.
Preparation
Cream the butter and sugar be careful not to over whip Add rest of ingredients except flour. When ingredients are mixed gradually add the flour. Till nice and smooth. Split in half and refrigerated for one hour. When ready to make cookies. Roll out Dough to 1/4 inch thick. Using a 3-inch round cutter cut circles. Using a Rolling pin roll each circle to 1/8 thick. Dollop 1 teaspoons of jam in center. Pinch the near end closed then pinch each other off the two-side closed so it looks like Haman hat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Do not over fill the cookies and make sure they are pinched tight.
