Pomegranate Aperol Spritz

This cocktail is a light citrusy cocktail perfect to serve as guests arrive!

Ingredients

3 fl. oz. Aperol

1 12 fl. oz. Pomegranate juice

4 fl. oz. Prosecco

1 drizzle Sparkling water, (Splash)

1 small Orange or clementine wedge

1/2 cups Ice

Preparation

1. Fill a glass with ice. Pour Aperol and pomegranate juice over the ice. Stir.

2. Pour prosecco and top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange or clementine slice.

Stormy Orchard Cocktail

Stormy Orchard Cocktail

This play on the Dark and Stormy cocktail is like Fall in a glass! Easy to throw together as an individual cocktail or make it a batch cocktail to serve to guests!

Ingredients

3 fl. oz. Apple cider

1 12 fl. oz. Spiced rum

1/2 small Lemon, juice from 1/2 lemon

3 fl. oz. Ginger beer, (about)

1 small Lemon slice

1/2 cups Ice

1 tbsps Cinnamon sugar, (mix 1/8 tsp cinnamon with 1 TBS sugar)

1 stick Cinnamon , (optional)

Preparation

1. Pour the cinnamon sugar mixture onto a small plate or bowl.

2. Rim the glass with a fresh lemon slice and dip it into the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

3. In a glass or cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes, add cider, rum, and lemon juice.

4. Shake for 20 seconds until well combined.

5. Add ice to a cinnamon sugar-rimmed glass and pour the cocktail over the ice.

6. Top with ginger beer, lemon slice, and cinnamon stick.
