Chocolate Irish Cream Mug Cake
This dessert is perfect when the chocolate craving hits. Chocolatey, sweet, gooey, and a little boozy. Best of all it comes together in less than 5 minutes!
Ingredients
1/4c flour
2TBS cocoa powder
2TBS sugar
1/4tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 TBS vegetable oil
1/4tsp vanilla
1 mini bottle (50ml or 1/4c) of Baileys Irish Cream
1 1/2TBS of chocolate chips
Preparation
1. In a small bowl mix dry ingredients. Whisk until combined. Add oil, vanilla, and baileys and mix. It will be thick!
2. Add chocolate chips and stir.
3. Grease a mug with cooking spray or butter. Pour chocolate cake mix into the mug and microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked through.
4. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
