Garlic Roasted Green Beans
These garlic-roasted green beans are fresh, flavorful, and everything you want in a quick and easy side.
Ingredients
2 pounds Green beans, Trimmed
5 clove Garlic, pressed or minced
1 tsps Salt
1/4 tsps Pepper
2 tbsps Olive Oil
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse green beans in a colander and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
3. On a large-rimmed baking sheet, add green beans, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss with kitchen tongs until combined.
4. Roast green beans in the oven for 12-15 minutes until starting to slightly brown.
5. Remove green beans from the oven, and add pressed garlic. Toss to combine. Put the green beans back into the oven for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
6. Remove the green beans from the oven and place them on a serving plate and enjoy!
