Cold Brew Coffee With Irish Cream Cold Foam
This coffee is the perfect boozy pick me up perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
Ingredients
8-10oz Iced Coffee or prepared cold brew coffee
Ice cubes or coffee cubes
1/2tsp vanilla extract
simple syrup or agave nectar to taste
1oz of Irish Cream (~1 shot)
.5oz of whipping cream (~half a shot glass)
[optional] Cocoa powder
Preparation
1. Fill a glass all the way full of ice cubes or coffee cubes.
2. Pour iced coffee over the ice cubes.
3. Add syrup and vanilla. Stir.
4. In a separate glass or cup that can fit a lid, pour in Irish cream and whipping cream. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute.
5. Pour cream over iced coffee and dust with cocoa powder.
