Burrata alla Diavola
Spicy, gooey, ooey cheese and tomatoes….need I say more???
Ingredients
1 pounds cherry tomato, halved
1 medium burrata
1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
1 small spring onion, sliced thinly
1 tsps Calabrian chile paste
1 tsps sicilian oregano, dried
1 bunch basil, fresh
1 medium baguette
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and toast until golden, remove and set aside on a paper towel.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the hot oil.
4. Cook and mash down for 5 minutes until soft.
5. Add the chile paste, and oregano.
6. Transfer to an oven safe baking dish and place on the burrata.
7. Bake in a 425F oven until bubbling
8. Meanwhile cut and prepare the baguette.
9. Dip & Enjoy!
