Margarita Bars are the perfect mix between a butter cake and a key lime pie! This delicious dessert can be made with alcohol or without, but either way, you'll be the life of the party for bringing these.
Ingredients
Crust:
1 Yellow Box Cake Mix
1/2 stick of butter
1 tsp lime zest
1 egg
Center:
8 ounces of cream cheese
2 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lime zest
