Chinese Soulful Soup#1 : Burdock Root & Pork Ribs

Eating for our health is a very Chinese thing. There are different ingredients that have some kind of TCM benefits and many of them are told to us when we are growing up.

Burdock root is one of the ingredients we like to make soup with. It’s supposed to be anti-oxidants and good for nourishing the body against cold.

I saw it at the market this week so am going to make soup with it for dinner.
