Soba is one of the noodles we like to eat in the house. Sometimes its in soup, sometimes we make a sauce kinda like a dressing to toss the noodles in. Our CSA farmer’s box from Kasama farm, a local queer Philipinx-American farmers have gifted us star cucumbers, thai basil and spring onions this week. I’m planning to use them to add extra freshness for our dinner tonite.
