I’m back in Singapore this week. So it’s going to be a fun cooking with some Singaporean market finds. Mom was at the market and saw these beautiful greens. The market auntie called said it was 佛手瓜菜 aka Buddha’s Hand aka Chayote vine tips. These are going to be great as a classic sambal veggie. If you have pea shoots, morning glory or zucchini vines, they will work as well.
