Salmon in the Pacific Northwest is super good. We love low effort high flavor healthy meals and Sambal Salmon on Rice is about as easy as it goes.
What you need:
Cooked Rice
Salmon (its ok to buy more, it keeps well and its great cold on salad too)
OMG! Sambal
Honey/ Jam
Light Soy Sauce
Optional: Green Onions, Sesame Seeds
