MAKES 30 COOKIES For those of you not familiar with this hurricane-prone, peninsula-shaped place referred to as the Sunshine State, key lime pie reigns supreme, and graham crackers play an important supporting role. (If you want to taste one of the best versions in Miami, just head over to Joe’s Stone Crab.) Over the years, I have made many key lime desserts and have developed this great graham cracker recipe. Bake some of these babies, and I promise you won’t buy store-bought grahams again. Yup, easy for me to say (I’m a pastry chef), but this recipe is super simple and delicious.”
