This Salad is not only tasty & refreshing but the presentation alone is amazeballs! This salad was introduced to me by C-CAP a culinary designed for inner kids who want to be in the hospitality industry. If the salad is done correctly kids go on to the next round in the hope's of having a full ride scholarship in any culinary institution. Come watch me make one of my favorite dishes & the one responsible for putting me on the map!
