Bisque Burnt cheesecake

• 300 g mascarpne cheese • 200g soft cheese • 1 cup caster sugar • 3 tbsp plain flour • 1 tbsp corn starch • 200g soured cream • 5 medium eggs • 2 tsp vanilla

Mix all cheeses, corn starch, old purpose flour and flower and mix all until no visible lumps.

Mix your eggs sugar and vanilla extract until a light pail yellow is formed.

Combine both mixtures.

Pour mixture into a cake Pan that is lined up with parchment paper. ( A detachable cake Pan is preferred but if you do not have one it is OK)

Put in a oven at 425゚ for 25 to 28 minutes

Immediately put in a fridge to cool down completely.

Cut a slice up and enjoy!
