No Bake Chocolate Berry Tart

No Bake Chocolate Berry Tart : This vegan chocolate tart tastes so fresh and luscious. Not to mention it is dairy free , gluten free, refined sugar free and it will be a show stopper for your next celebration!

Ingredients

No Bake Chocolate Berry Tart

Ingredients:

No Bake Crust: 

2 cups walnuts 

30 medjool dates 

½ tsp sea salt 

Chocolate Filling :

⅔ cup coconut milk canned 

⅔ cup pure maple syrup 

⅔ cup coconut oil 

3 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tsp sea salt 

1 ⅓ cup TCHO cocoa unsweetened powder 


Toppings:

2 lb strawberries

12 oz blackberries

18 oz blueberries

TCHO Crushed This cacao


Preparation

Start by making the crust add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse and mix until combined . Add ingredients to a tart pan or a spring board . Use the back of a glass or measuring cup to press and smooth out the crust in the pan ensuring that all ingredients are smooth and edges are evenly distributed.

Next , add to a blender or food processor the canned coconut milk,maple syrup, melted coconut oil (30 seconds), vanilla, sea salt and the TCHO cocoa unsweetened powder and combine until smooth . If your preparing this cake to enjoy on the same day allow it to set for 3-5 hours in the fridge or you need it sooner place it in the freezer covered with plastic wrap for 2 hours .
