medium to large cauliflower

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp flavor maker seasoning

1⁄2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1⁄2 tsp chili powder (Ancho Chile or Chipotle is great)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Clean and trim the head of cauliflower and cut into bite-sized florets.

3. Dry cauliflower well.

4. Drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

You can adjust seasonings according to your personal preferences.

Toss cauliflower until seasonings are well distributed.

Pour into a greased baking pan and roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice.

Cauliflower should be golden brown to charred when roasting is completed.
