Miso Glazed Green Beans

This side dish has all the flavors you want, a combination of delicious flavors ready to be devoured.
Ingredients
2 lbs fresh green beans
1/4 c white miso paste
3 tbsp thinly sliced scallions, dark-green parts
only, divided
3 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
2 tbsp chili oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic
t tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
1. Working in 2 batches, cook green beans in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 90% cooked. Transfer to a large bowl of ice water to cool, and drain well. Trim beans; cut in half on a sharp diagonal.
2. Whisk miso, chili oil, and 2 tbsp. of scallions, vinegar, garlic, vegetable oil, and sugar in a small bowl. Season dressing to taste with salt.
3. Place green beans in a large bowl. Pour dressing over; toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and the remaining 1 Tbsp. scallions.
4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
