Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
2 avocados (approximately 2 cups)
½ c. maple syrup
½ c. non-dairy milk
½ c. cocoa powder
Preparation
Place avocado, maple syrup, and non-dairy milk in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more non-dairy milk if the mix is too thick to blend, ¼ c at a time. Transfer mix to a medium mixing bowl and add cocoa powder. Stir well to combine all ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
