Harvesting the World's Best Olive Oil

Harvest is a magical time at the Domenica Fiore estate in Orvieto, Italy.

Under the watchful eyes of our founder Frank Giustra, and our master oil maker, Cesare Bianchini, only perfectly ripened olives are harvested and pressed within 4 hours.

The resulting organic olive oils are aromatic, beautifully green, high in polyphenols, low in acidity, and enjoyed by friends and family alike. All amidst the picturesque backdrop of Umbria’s rolling hills, and the historic town of Orvieto.
