Inspired by Sammy Davis Jr. and his NY roots. As one of the original champions of the Golden Steer Steak House, the bundle pays homage to his support that started it all.

Four of our full-bodied USDA Prime New York Strips, stand above the rest for its boldness and bite combined with tenderness from wet aging over 28 days. We butcher all of our meat in-house, which means no one steak is alike.  New York Strips are 14-16 oz.
