White Pizza Dip
Y’all gotta try this easy, cheesy, flavorful hot dip. It’s super easy and customizable, and easy for kids to help with, too!
Ingredients
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 packet Lipton Dry Soup and Dip Mix (onion, garlic, and herb flavor)
Black pepper
Cooking spray
Any optional pizza toppings you like, such as pepperoni, salami, veggies, or olives, cut into bite-size pieces
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 French baguette, sliced, for serving (you can substitute crackers or crostini if you prefer)
Marinara sauce, for serving (optional)
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sour cream, ricotta cheese, garlic, mozzarella cheese, soup mix, and black pepper to taste.
3. Spray a shallow 8-inch casserole dish or cast-iron skillet with cooking spray. Pour in the cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle over any toppings you’d like—just make sure they’re cut into bite-size pieces for easy dipping. Finish with the Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake until browned and bubbly, 30 minutes. Serve hot with sliced baguette, along with marinara on the side, if you like.
