Homemade Cheez-Its
Y’all have got to try this insanely easy cheese cracker recipe!
Make sure you have parchment paper and use pre-sliced cheese. I bet you will make this more than once, and you can get creative with it,
Bust this out next time you need a snack with your cocktail
Ingredients
Pre-sliced Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Optional Seasonings:
Old Bay
Onion Powder
Preparation
Pre heat oven to 350
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper
Stack up your pre-sliced cheese and cut into 4 squares. Place them 1 inch apart on non greased parchment. Season with just a little salt (the cheese is already salty) and maybe some onion powder.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until brown and crispy on edges. Take out, let cool for 5 minutes, then eat!
