No Bake Watermelon Cream Pie
This make ahead, watermelon pie is the perfect summer, refreshing dessert!
NO baking required. We are using Jello and fresh watermelon to make this, it’s sooooo easy.
1 3oz packet Watermelon flavored Jello
1/4 C boiling water
1 12oz tub Cool Whip ( or Plant based whipped topping)
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1.5 C plus some for garnish- seedless watermelon-diced
In a large bowl, add pack of Jello, and add boiling water. Stir until dissolved, and let come to room temp.
While that is cooling, dice up your watermelon. Set aside.
Once gelatin is at room temperature, gently add in entire tub of Cool Whip. Then, add in your diced watermelon chunks. Mix together.
***Please note: this mixture will make more than you need to fill the pie crust, but you need to use the 12 oz of cool whip, otherwise it will be too sweet***
Pour into graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, top with fresh chunks of melon and serve!
