Olive and Cream Cheese Sandwich
I love this combo of salty, marinated olives chipped up with whipped cream cheese on a white bread! Give this a try, and enjoy it with a gin or vodka martini
Ingredients
1 loaf white bread (like a french loaf)
1 tub whipped plain cream cheese
Marinated olives of choice, pitted. I like the black, green, and kalamata olives
Preparation
Let cream cheese soften first
In a bowl, mix together chopped olives with the whipped cream cheese
I used about 1/2 cup of chopped olives for 1 cup of cream cheese, but you can add olives to taste.
Spread very thick onto white bread, slice in half and enjoy with an ice cold martini
