B&B Episode 61 Homemade Irish Cream
This Homemade Irish Cream is wonderful for St. Patrick’s Day or day!
Ingredients
1 C. half and half
1 shot espresso, cooled
1/2 tsp. instant cocoa powder
1 C. Irish Whiskey
1 tsp. vanilla paste
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preparation
Mix cocoa with cooled espresso and one tablespoon half and half until smooth and well blended.
Whisk in the rest of the cream.
Add the whiskey, vanilla and condensed milk and blend well.
Pour into sterilized bottle and keep in fridge for up to two weeks.
