B&B Episode 61 NA Homemade Irish Cream

This NA version is amazing.

Ingredients

5 oz. whipping cream

1/4 C. evaporated milk

2 TBSP maple syrup

Shot of cold espresso

pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp of vanilla

sprinkle of orange zest

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake until combined. Strain into a glass and serve.

B&B Episode 61 Homemade Irish Cream

This Homemade Irish Cream is wonderful for St. Patrick’s Day or day!

Ingredients

1 C. half and half

1 shot espresso, cooled

1/2 tsp. instant cocoa powder

1 C. Irish Whiskey

1 tsp. vanilla paste

14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preparation

Mix cocoa with cooled espresso and one tablespoon half and half until smooth and well blended.

Whisk in the rest of the cream.

Add the whiskey, vanilla and condensed milk and blend well.

Pour into sterilized bottle and keep in fridge for up to two weeks.
