B&B Episode 44 Pisco Sour
In honor of Pisco Sour Day, we make the classic cocktail.
2 oz. Pisco
1 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
garnish with Angostura Bitters
Add Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously.
Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with 3-5 drops of bitters
