This Manhattan brings it’s parade buddy, Runamok Sparkle Maple Syrup to the party.

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon

.5 oz sweet vermouth

.25 oz sparkle maple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish with a boozy cherry

Preparation

Add all ingredients, except garnish, to a shaker half-full of ice.

Strain into a coupe glass.

This riff on Brennan’s Purple Drink brings the parade of colors to your cocktail glass.

Ingredients

1 oz. Pisco

.75 oz. Peach Brandy

.75 of Butterfly tea syrup

.75 oz. lemon juice

purple edible glitter

Preparation

Make the butterfly tea syrup.

Brew 1 cup butterfly tea (1 tsp looseleaf tea to 8 oz. hot water.

Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup prepared tea.

Put cooled prepared syrup, pisco, brandy and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.

Shake, strain into a martini glass.

Sprinkle a touch of purple glitter into cocktail. Garnish with a lemon peel
