Ingredients

1 cups Sugar

1 cups Water

Preparation

Basic Simple Syrup

Melt sugar in water. Cool.

Rosemary Simple Syrup

Melt sugar in water. Cool. Add two sprigs of rosemary to bottle

Honey Simple Syrup

Substitute honey for sugar in recipe.

Fruit Juice Simple Syrup

Substitute juice for water in recipe

Melt sugar in water. Cool.

B&B Episode 12 Boozy Hot Chocolate Bombs

Create your own boozy hot chocolate bombs with this simple recipe.

Ingredients

1 packet Candy Melts

1 packet Hot chocolate Mix, White or milk chocolate

1 tbsps Alcohol of Choice, Bailey's, Creme de Menthe, etc

1 pinch Mix-ins, marshmallows, edible glitter, etc.

Preparation

Melt candy melts according to package directions. Heavily coat wells in silicone molds and chill. When chocolate has hardened, gently remove from molds.

Mix cocoa mix with alcohol of choice to make a paste and fill one side of mold with paste. (If making non-alcoholic bombs, no need to make a paste. Just pour dry cocoa mix in one side of mold.)

Add mix ins, such as marshmallows, edible glitter etc.

Using remaining melted chocolate, glue seams together and decorate.
