B&B Episode 26 Grace's Egg Nog
This eggnog is quick and easy and is SOOOO Delicious!!
Ingredients
12 large eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
2/3 C. rum
2 C. 1/2 & 1/2
1 C. milk
4 C. whipping cream, whipped
ground nutmeg
Preparation
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar and rum. Cover and chill several hours, preferably overnight.
Just before serving, stir in milk, fold in whipped cream and egg whites that have been beaten until they stand in soft, stiff peaks. Serve in punch cups and garnish with ground nutmeg.
