B&B Episode 26 Grace's Egg Nog

This eggnog is quick and easy and is SOOOO Delicious!!


12 large eggs, separated

1 cup sugar

2/3 C. rum

2 C. 1/2 & 1/2

1 C. milk

4 C. whipping cream, whipped

ground nutmeg


Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar and rum. Cover and chill several hours, preferably overnight.

Just before serving, stir in milk, fold in whipped cream and egg whites that have been beaten until they stand in soft, stiff peaks. Serve in punch cups and garnish with ground nutmeg.

B&B Episode 26 Happy Juice

This beverage is great for tailgates and holiday parties.


1/2 gallon unfiltered Apple Cider

1/4 mulling spice in an infuser or cheesecloth

1/4 c. brown sugar

8 oz. rum

4 oz. brandy

Cinnamon sticks


Heat apple cider in a large pot on the stove, over low to medium heat. Put mulling spices in cheese cloth or spice ball. Submerge in cider. To make it Happy, add 1 oz of rum and 1/2 oz of brandy to glass before serving. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
